“I believe in manicures.” – Audrey Hepburn
As a person who works in corporate America, I’ve found that a simple manicure is a perfect way to express myself and my unique style. I may not be able to wear crazy, funky clothes, but a manicure can be fun, flirty, cute and chic all at once. They are a great way to try out the latest fun colors and pretty designs. Just remember to keep it reasonable for the office (leave the zebra stripes for the weekend!).

Lately, I’ve been rocking out with glittery nail polish (there is just something about the spring time that makes me feel extra pink and girlie).

To avoid looking too trendy (or too witchy), keep nails relatively short in a simple square or oval shape. I keep my nails groomed by getting a monthly manicure ($12-$20, varies by city) and then doing polish changes and filing on my own at home.
What do your nails say about you?
