As you’ve kept up with YCS you know we’ve been making major changes around here. A little over a month ago we introduced you all to our two newest contributors and our new logo. Recently, YCS has incorporated (oh hello, Your Chic is Showing, LLC!!!) and in addition to officially launching our personal styling, shopping and event planning services, we will also be launching a non-profit/volunteer initiative in due time. Plus, a complete website revamp is in the works!
While I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all of the new and exciting things we’ve got going on around these parts, there is just no way I can focus on growing a business, blogging, revamping a website and keeping up with all of our Social Media friends.
So, I’m asking for help.
Your Chic is Showing, LLC (I love writing that!) is seeking to fill one (1) unpaid Social Media Intern (SMI) position. This position is open to high school students, college students, and individuals interested in gaining social media experience. I want to be totally clear – this internship is an unpaid position. However, we will happily support our SMI in garnering class credit for the internship (and would even prefer this arrangement). Additionally, the SMI may use their YCS projects and the results (successful or otherwise) as a part of their personal portfolio. Plus, the YCS team loves writing glowing letters of recommendations to potential colleges or future employers!
We’d love someone who is local to the Philadelphia (tri-state) area; however, if you’re located in another city and think you’d fit the bill apply anyway! The great thing about an SMI position is that telecommuting is totally an option!
