I get tons of questions about how I maintain my nails and manicures, so this weekend I plan to do a step-by-step tutorial for you guys about how I keep my nails on point between monthly trips to the manicurist (yep, I only go to get a manicure every 4-6 weeks).
In the meantime, as a part of Chasing Joy’s Flashback Friday check out a post from the very, very early days of YCS all about Lady-like Manicures!
You’ll see five of my favorite manicure looks. And, as a bonus, below is a list of all the colors used and where you can find them!
Italian Love Affair by OPI (from the Italiana Collection)
Refresh-Mint by China Glaze (Similar to Vintage Cadillac by Aldo)
Silver Glitter by Joe Fresh (Available in stores; similar to Stardust by Aldo)
Jana by Zoya (Similar to Taupe by Tip Toe)
Set in Stones by Essie (from the Luxe Effects Collection)
Be a Delilah Won’t You? and I Lily Love You by OPI
I hope you enjoy our flashback post and have a happy Flashback Friday!
Rihanna said it best, “cheers to the freakin’ weekend!”
Your Chic is Showing,
Pretty pretty! Semi-off-topic – is that a chain link ring you have on your fingers? Whatever it is, it’s a great accent!
Hey girlie!! It’s actually a stackable ring I got from Bauble Bar. I just wore each ring on a separate finger ;-).
Beautiful.. That mint candy apple is to die for! *makes a mental note to go look for it in store*. I love Essie’s products.
Yes! I love that color so much. I’ve gotten it a couple times this summer. I tend to go for Essie for spring/summer and OPI for fall/winter. I just love OPIs deep purples and dark reds.
